China Logistics: acquisition of 18 subsidiaries of Shanghai Logistics to be fini

Yuen Wai, chairman of  China Logistics (0217) said after special shareholder meeting that proposal on amending terms of convertible notes was passed by the meeting.

He said the acquisition of 18 subsidiaries of Shanghai Logistics is expected to be finished at the end of July. As the acquisition should be approved by mainland authority, it takes long time to finish the whole process.
