Era Digital Media plans to be listed on GEM by issuing 80mln new shares at HK$0.8 to HK$1.1 each to raise HK$64 mln to HK$88 mln.Net raised fund will be within a range of HK$35mln to HK$52mln. 80mln new share will be issued by placing. The company will begin to accept subscription on June 12 and end on June 15. June 28 will be the listing day of the company.
