China Unicom to cooperate with KDDI at all fronts

It was reported by Japanese news websites that China Unicom (0762) would have an all-round cooperation with KDDI, the second largest fixed networks company in Japan. The cooperation included developing high-speed mobile phones services technology. 

However, some other sources quoted China Unicom as saying that the cooperation this time did not involve shares investment.
