Cheung Kong and Hutchison Whampoa invest HK$858mln to increase 12.5% stake in Pr

Cheung Kong (0001) and Hutchison Whampoa (0013) made united announcement that they have laid out HK$858mln to increase stake in Priceline.com, an US online ticket selling company to 30%. After injection, Cheung Kong (0001) and Hutchison Whampoa (0013) will hold 15% stake in Priceline.com respectively. Cheung Kong (0001) chairman Li Ka-Shing said he has confidence in the outlook of Priceline.com.
