CEO of New Rank City Development sells out 1.1% shareholding

New Rank City Development (0456) announced its CEO disposed 3 mln shares in the market yesterday at HK$1.35 each. The shares disposed by him accounted for 1.1% of the existing issued shares. After the dealing, CEO of the company remained 6 mln shares, representing 2.2% of the existing issued shares. Apart from this, the company was unaware of the reasons for the rising transaction.
