DVN: technical partner secures license on digital bill-charge TV services

DVN (0500) announced mainland Shandong cable TV networks, a technical cooperation partner of the company, has secured approval to launch digital bill-charge TV services in Shandong province.

DVN and Shandong cable TV networks have signed an agreement on 15-year equipment lease and technical cooperation. Relevant charge will be paid by a portion of income collected from users.
