John Bond: keep commitment to Asia to keep top financial institution position

J R H Bond, chairman of HSBC (0005) said yesterday in Singapore that all banks should keep its commitment to Asia market if they want to maintain its top financial institution position.

He expected half communications between HSBC and clients will be carried out online in coming five years.
