David Carse declines to comment on zero-down-payment mortgage loan

David Carse, Deputy Chief Executive of HKMA, declined to comment on zero-down-payment mortgage loans offered by developers together with banks. He said this reflected that keen competition still exists in the market and rate margin is still under pressure.
