Innomaxx Biotechnology Group to raise HK$23mln by first-old-then-new placement

Innomaxx Biotechnology Group (0340) announced that the company had sold 117mln shares at HK$0.2 each by the first-old-then-new placement, to raise HK$23mln for the biotechnology business acquisition.
