Sinopec kantons shareholding restructuring completed

Sinopec kantons (0934) announced the company has transferred all issued share capital in Sinopec Kantons International Limited, the controlling shareholder of the company, to China Petrochemcial International Co. Ltd to streamline the management and shareholding structure.

 China Petrochemical International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec (0386), and so Sinopec is still the ultimate controlling shareholder of Sinopec Kantons.
