Sing Tao prolongs exemption on low-limit public holding requirement to July 6

Sing Tao (0233) said the company has submitted application on prolonging exemption on low-limit public holding requirement to July 6.

Global China Technology Group (1105) has made commitment to Hong Kong bourse that proper action will be taken to ensure public holding in Sing Tao (0233) to go up to the level of no less than 25%.
