Eha: acquisition of stakes in iClaims21 finalized

ehealthcareasia(0835) announced that after having acquiring healthcare trading platform of Iclaims21, Cheung Kong (0001) Executive Director Ip Tak Cheun, Edmond joined the company as Non-executive Director, starting from yesterday. Eha acquired all stake in iClaims21, a subsidiary of i21 from iBusiness Corporation Limited and Excel Tech (8048) at HK$120mln.
