Telstra reaches pact on acquisition of One. Tel

Australian telecom operator Telstra said that it reached agreement with the creditors of One. Tel as for the acquisition of One. Tel fixed networks and Next Generation wireless communication.

Insolvent telecommunications carrier One.Tel will be wound up under the weight of A$600 million in debts.
