Honko Intel sees its last trading day today

Honko International (0673) announced that restructuring plan will be taken into effect on June 13 (Bermuda time). Shareholders of Honko International will secure shares in TechCap Holdings Limited at rate of one to one.

Today is the last trading day of Honko International, which will withdraw from listing on June 15. Shares in TechCap will be traded under the name of TechCap Holdings Limited the code of Trading unit will be 100000mln at HK$0.005 each.
