Metro Pacific completes refinancing for property bonds

Metro Pacific, a subsidiary of First Pacific (0142), said the company had raised HK$320mln 7-year loans to refinance 5-year bonds of Bonifacio Land Corp, the property branch of the company.

So bonds refinancing starting form the end of last year was completed.
