Goldman Sachs: PCCW refinancing spells no great impact on financial status and e

It was reported that Pacific Century CyberWorks(0008) plans to issue HK$15.6bln bonds to pay off partial syndicate loans. Analyst of Goldman Sachs said after discussing with management team of PCCW that PCCW might refinance for syndicate loans. It is believable that if PCCW carries out refinancing, financial status and evaluation of the company will be adversely influenced.

Goldman Sachs maintained its ratings on PCCW as ˇ§be inline with the marketˇ¨.
