Telecom Plus waits for examination and approval over convertible bonds restructu

Zou Yishang, chairman of Telecom Plus Holdings (1013), said after the special board meeting that the company was suspended today pending the convertible bonds restructure, which was expected to be finished very soon. The company was now waiting for the examination and approval by the Exchange.
