Wah Tak Fung seeking for investors to invest in latent projects

Wah Tak Fung Holdings (0297) affirmed the company was now seeking for interested buyers to invest in latent investment projects. The relevant investment might involve high-tech one and thus made the financial situation of the company be streamlined, only that the talks was still in initial stage and no legally building agreements bad been reached, neither were any items proved. 

Meanwhile, the company was in talks with several banks over reaching the agreement of delaying paying the corpus and the interest, but no conclusions had been worked out yet.
