Netease rumored to be sold to I-Cable for US$85 mln

It was reported that Netease accepted being acquired by I-Cable Communication (1097) for US$85 mln (circa HK$663 mln). 

It was also reported that Ding Lei, the initiator of Netease, accepted the acquisition proposal from I-Cable Communication, but only to wait for the agreements by small shareholders. 

Recently, it was rumored in the market that Netease would be acquired, but the company declined to comment on it.
