Nasdaq applies for exchange qualification; to go public early next year

US Securities and Trade Commission said that Nasdaq had applied for the exchange qualification and would receive public advices this week.

The precondition for a company to be got listed is that it must obtain the qualification of stock exchange and introduce the new trading system of Supermontage. Nasdaq would be the first listed securities stock exchange if the application gets success.
