Tem Fat and Simsen reach an agreement to acquire the cable TV project

Tem Fat Hing Fung (0661) and Simsen International (0993) reached an agreement to plan to issue the new shares to acquire the cable TV and network project of Taiwan and China, held by the new shareholder of Simsen International.  But they did not comfirn the price of acquisition and the circulation of shares. Tem Fat and Simsen are trading today.
