Yue Fung International issues 192 mln shares to raise HK$17.28 mln

Yue Fung International Group Holdings (0965) announced that it placed 145 mln shares by the top up placing through the leading shareholder Simply Noble Limited to raise HK$16 mln which would be used as original operational capital.

Its underwriter placed 145 mln old shares at HK$0.09 each on behalf of Simply Nobel and then Simply Noble would subscribe 192 new shares at the same price and remain its shareholding at 24.52% after the deal.

The placing price of HK$0.09 represented a discount of 17.43% over the closing price last Friday. Simply Nobel Limited applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for increasing 20.43 mln Yue Fung shares.
