Asia Logistics subscribes another HK$41.56mln convertible notes

Asia Logistics Technologies (0862) announced to subscribe another HK$41.56 
convertible notes issued by Westwood, which will be switched to 55% share
 capital of Cyber Pilot. As Asia Logistics Technologies has subscribed HK$34mln
 convertible notes in Westwood, which has been switched into 45% share capital
 in Cyber Pilot at the beginning of the year. The two dealings mentioned above
