Sinotronics issues 10.125 mln new shares to increase funds to HK$69.86 mln

Sinotronics Holdings (8115) declared that Guotai Jun¡Šan had exercised the over
-allotment option and issued additional 10.125 mln new shares at HK$0.9 each to
 increase the issued new shares to 77.625 mln shares and lift the raised fund
