Yue Fung International to raise HK$16mln by top-up placing

Yue Fung International (0965) declared that the company had sold 145mln old shares at HK$0.09 each by top up placing, to raise HK$16mln for general working capital.  Simply Noble, the major shareholder of Yue Fung, will issue 192mln new shares, representing 12.5% of its enlarged shares capital.
