U-Cyber Technology acquires 60% IC company at HK$66 mln

U-Cyber Technology Holdings (0091) announced that it acquired 60% shares of Changwei International Co, a toy maker and IC distributor in Southeast Asia, at a price of HK$66 mln and would place 53 mln new shares at HK$1 each. The payment would be made in cash of HK$13 mln.
