With HK$57mln creditor's rights Online Credit acquires asset of eBanker

Online Credit (0185) announced to acquire 39.9% interest in eBank, one class A preferential stock, US$660,000 convertible notes, 330000 US$3 options, 307700 US$8 options, 307700 US$9 options, all stake in Global Growth and 4.67% shareholding in Global Med from US Nasdaq-listed eVision, 35.05% owned by the company.
