Tem Fat Hing Fung receives liquidation petition

Tem Fat Hing Fung Holdings (0661) declared that Yu Ming Investments (0666) had applied to the superior court for liquidation, for Tem Fat Hing Fung owed a debt up to HK$357 mln to Yu Ming Investments. The hearing is scheduled in June15.

Simsen International (0993) intended to act as the ¡§white knight¡¨ to save Tem Fat Hing Fung from the liquidation.
