Paliburg in talks on controlling right or wholly acquisition of Regal Hotels

According to a united announcement of Century group, Paliburg (0617) is in talks with an independent investor on controlling right wholly acquisition of Regal Hotels International (0078). But Century group stressed that relevant selling clauses are still under negotiation. All parties will enter into the agreement soon.
