U-Cyber Technology acquires a 60% stake of integrate circuite operation at HK$60

U-Cyber Technology (0091) declared that the company had acquired a 60% stake of integrate circuite operation at HK$60mln. The relational acquisition will be issuing 53mln new share at HK$1 each, another HK$13mln will pay by cash.
