Legend and AOL set up JV with US$100mln each, Legend accounts for 51%

Legend Holdings (0992) announced formally to set up joint-venture with AOL to develop mainland internet business with total investment of US$200mln. Both parties invest US$100mln but Legend holds 51% proceeds, AOL, 49%.
