139 Holdings (0139) announced that it placed 1.197 bln shares at HK$0.03 each to more than 6 investors to raise HK$35.91 mln. The net amount of HK$34.8 mln will be used as extra operation capital.

The placed shares accounted for 19.99% of the issued shares and 16.66% of the expanded shares, and the placing price represented a 11.87% discount of the closing price of HK$0.034 yesterday and a 15.5% discount of the average price in the previous 10 trading days.
