FT International to raise HK$16.75mln by top-up placing

FT International (0559) declared that its major shareholder, Raffles International Holdings had sold 58mln shares at HK$0.3 each by top-up placing, to raise HK$16.75mln for general working capital. The shares represented 16.62% of its enlarged shares capital.
