Riverhill increases 15 mln shares to raise funds to HK$69 mln

Riverhill Holdings (8127) announced that its underwriter had exercised over
-allotment option and increased 15 mln new shares at HK$0.6 each, thus adding 
the issued new shares to 115 mln shares and lifting the raised funds to HK$69
