Share price of CPCC disoriented after acquiring New Star

China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (0386) announced to have finalized the acquisition of New Star from its parent for RMB9130mln. But the news spelt no significant influence on share price of the company. After opening CPCC went soft with the market.
