SEA Wood: share merge proposal notification sent out

South East Asia Wood Industries (1205) announced that the company has sent out notification on June 5 for share merge proposal and holding special shareholder meeting.

The company suggested merging five shares with par value of HK$0.01 as a one at par value HK$0.05. After merging, trade unit will be 2000 shares.
