Stone confirms to be in talks with investors on injection

Stone Electronic Technology (0409) confirmed the company is in talks with investors on injection of capital but reaches no agreement yet.



According to the market, Stone Electronic might declare in short period on introduction of six world-wide large institutions including US AIG and Internet Capital Group(ICG) as strategic shareholders. Stone Electronic plans to issue a lot of new shares and convertible bonds to above mentioned six investors. The investor might also inject in tech project or enter into cooperation with Stone Electronic to develop several technology projects in mainland.
