China Mobile employs international lawyers and investment banks to discuss CDR s

China Mobile (0941) Chairman Wang Xiaochu pointed out the company had employed international lawyers and several investment banks to discuss the China depository receipt (CDR) scheme and find out if CDR can be compatible in both two markets.

Wang Xiaochu pointed out that the company showed intense interest in issuing CDR and making direct entry into China¡¦s A-shares market, for domestic investors can keep breast of the development of the company. The company is waiting for the CDR to be approved by relevant Chinese department.
