Shougang Concord slumps 10% after placement

Shougang Concord International Enterprises (0697), which announced to place shares, slumped 10% after opening and stood at HK$0.485 at 10:08:52 am HKT, down 11%. The company announced to place 200 mln new shares by top up placing at HK$0.46 each.
