Singapore HK Properties to raise 140mln by convertible bonds issue

Singapore Hong Kong Properties Investment (0245) declared that the company had
 issued HK$144mln of 3-year convertible bonds at HK$0.025 each to raise HK$
140mln. Half of the raised money will be used to reduce the debt and credit
