US crude oil storage reduced by 13.2 mln barrels

API announced that in the one week ended June 1, the crude oil storage declined
 by 13.2 mln barrels over the previous week and the down-range was four times 
the market expectation of 3 mln barrels. Stirred by the news, New York July oil
