Star Cyberpower issues HK$13.8m convertible notes

Star Cyberpower Holdings (1051) declared that it issued HK$13.8 mln convertible notes and the price represented a 20% discount of the average price in the previous 10 trading days. 

The convertible notes can be converted into 1.38 bln shares, accounting for 6.9% of the expanded shares. Chairman Wong Kam Fu Nelson would reduce the shareholding from 38.01% to 35.38%.

The raised fund would be used as ordinary operation capital.
