Singapore HK Properties plans to issue HK$144mln convertible notes

Singapore Hong Kong Properties(0245) announced that its placing agency has agreed to go all out to sell US$144mln convertible notes to independent investors by placing at price of HK$0.025 each. The convertible notes will due in 2004. It is expected to raise approximately HK$140mln.
