Red chips and state-owned stocks slump over 2% at midday

Red chips and state-owned stocks showed fatigue in the morning session. Both of the two indices once slumped over 5%. Red chips index closed the half day at 1327 pts, down 2.6%, while HSCEI shed 2.03% to close at 543 pts.
