Star East raises HK$83.25 by issuing 450mln new shares

Star East (0198) announced to raise HK$70.855mlh by placing 383mln new shares to the third independent investors at HK$0.185 each. ITC (0372), major shareholder of the company, subscribed 67mln new shares at HK$0.185 to raise another HK$12.395 for Star East. Totally, Star East raised HK$83.25mln, HK$80mn of which will be used as general operation. Star East resumed trading today.
