Major shareholder of Ocean Shores in talks on selling 37.18% shareholding

Ocean Shores (0764) announced that the company got notification from Jackson Hung, chairman of the company, that he is in talks with an independent investor on disposing of all 38.18% shareholding of the company. If relevant sale can be carried out, the buyer need not abide by rules putting forward wholly acquisition proposals. At present both parties reach no agreement yet.

Ocean Shores resumed trading today.
