Hinet issued HK$100mln convertible notes for debts

Hinet Holdings (0155) announced to issue HK$100mln convertible notes which will be due in 2004, 5% of which will be offered to Kingfair Company Ltd. A total of HK$100mln will be raised for paying off debts.
