ITE set company in Shanghai High-tech Industry Zone for US$70000

Vincent Lau, chairman of ITE (8092), said the company is making preparation for
 setting up a wholly-owned enterprise under the name of ITE (China) Ltd in 
Shanghai High-tech Industry Zone with US$70000. It is expected to be set up
