HK & China Gas repurchases its shares at HK$4.1bln

Hong Kong & China Gas  (0003) declared that it planned to repurchase 300mln - 400mln shares at HK$10.3 each, up 10.7% vs HK$9.3 before suspension. The transaction was on a turnover of HK$4.12bln. The repurchased shares represented 7% of its issued shares capital.
