Global China Technology sells 7.5% stake of Sing Tao at HK$1.65 each

Global China Technology (1105) said that the group had sold  7.5% stake of Sing Tao at HK$1.65 per share. The transaction  was evaluated at HK$1.52 each, 8.6% premium to the closing price of yesterday.
